The restaurant, in the choice of its menu, decides to remain faithful to the gastronomic traditions of Milan, although not disdaining several references to other regions of Italy. At "Il Solferino" the same importance is given to both meat and fish dishes, without forgetting the vegetarian ones, showing particular care in the refined research of raw materials.
"Il Solferino", a well-known Milanese restaurant since 1909, located in the famous and characteristic "Brera" district, has been renovated to show its special clientele its new face which, while maintaining the historical characteristics that distinguish it, now shows a decidedly improved image supported by the innovation of the furnishings and colors.

In the kitchen of "Solferino" arrive two renowned chefs with many international experiences, Savino Antonacci who excels in the preparation of first courses, and Nino D'Argento, a specialist in second courses, while in the dining room arrives the expert and well-known maitre Gianni Di Buduo, always ready to welcome and advise even the most demanding guests.
